Advanced OCT scanning for your eye health
We offer our patients the option of having an OCT scan. The technology will take a digital photograph, as well as a three-dimensional cross section scan of the back of your eye. This assists us in being able to detect and monitor any abnormalities, such as age-related macula degeneration and glaucoma, early on.
Undetected issues could result in potentially sight-threatening problems. Regular OCT screening is able to indicate small changes, which enables us to monitor you and arrange earlier referral for treatment where necessary.
